Rosh Chodesh Group
Tuesday, April 4
2:00-3:30pm on Zoom

“Whoever blesses the moon in its time welcomes the presence of the
Schechina (female Devine presence).”

Rosh Chodesh marks the beginning of each month by the appearance of the new moon. The talmud records this as a special holiday for women.

We are now in the month of Adar, related to adir, which represents strength/power. The zodiac sign for Adar is Pisces, two fish, one related to wholeness of the body and the other to the wholeness of the soul. The body part corresponding to Adar is the tehol, spleen.

Gail Giacomini will be leading our discussion, You’ll learn that Esther, whose name means “hidden,” teaches that sometimes it is best to hide being Jewish.

Please join us. Everyone is welcome.
