Did you know the Oxford English Dictionary lists 24 different variations of the spelling of Hanukkah? While both "Hanukkah" and Chanukah" are considered correct, "Hanukkah" is the most widely used spelling and "Chanukah" is more traditional.

In alignment with the overall mission of WRS, the Social Justice Committee supports community work that lifts the voices, well-being and human rights of all people by organizing and participating in local action that makes a positive difference in our world. We meet monthly to consider action that supports our goals, plan for implementation and participate in events and activities that provide tikkum olam.
